orks vs psykers

if you use the psyker power which removes leadership by howerver many psyers in the squad. if you use it on a unit of 12 orks, which are fearless does it have no effect or does it reduse ther orks by the ammount of models in the unit. this may sound weird but the orks are sort of leadership 12. would 8 psykers make them leadershp 4 or be useless.

Hey Max. Ork mobs are fearless if they have 11 or more models in them. You can't take Ld above 10. You would have to use the mobs Ld of 7 or the Ld of any characters that join up with them. Either way the Ld value will be reduced down to a minimum of 2 if the mob's not fearless.
