a saturday gaming

if we hired the games room one saturday in april would anyone be interested

#what i thought was it would give people more time to play larger games or we could organise some form of comp
please think on it and i`ll see if it would be worth looking into it
personly i would like to see as many 4000 pts+ games either doubles or singles
obviously it would be open to all club members so you can play what either YOU fancy

Yea sounds good u could do sone daycampaign may aswell make use of all those pesky lizardmen and high elf players

its the nearest date to st georges day and might be a good theme for good /evil battles

some idea of numbers would be nice as the more there is the cheaper it will be

Ha is that all? The forces can put out about 8000pts, 9000pts at a push

i`ve always said i`ve only got a little one

Um I could probably field 6k lizards at a push 5k at a more reasonable level with choices of troops. Another game I mean draw owen?

24th April is the same weekend as the South Coast GT. That would count quite a few of us out.

What about good Friday April 2nd as kids will of just broken up day b4 and it's a bank holiday or may 2nd 3rd u have another bank holiday off work

Easter weekend is a big no no for me to busy at work. Mid may is good for me sunday is best as I get them off.

sadly only get mon & tues off but could do a sunday with a couple of weeks notice but not bank holidays, sadly can't do saturdays

Hmmm after May 17th will be free and i could rock up with just over 10k of dwarves or vampires

this is turning into hard work
cant do mid may on hols
what about last weekend in march 27th

i can make about 5-6 k if i can include orcs and gobbos and d,elves (mabye a leman russ or 2....)
