codex sisters of battle

i have just seen a picture that is suposedly from next issue of white dwarf. the sisters of battle codex will be in white dwarf spread between august and septembers issues. personnally this has really annoyed me as it feels like gw are just giving up on the battle sisters.

what do u guys think of this.

Battle Bitches totally need/deserve their own Codex!!

Had an army of them back in 2nd Ed, would like to see them get new plastics.

Shame if they get sidelined with just a few pages of White Dwarf. One of my fav armies to date. Very hard to play with though, gotta use those faith points well. Not everyones cuppa tea.

yeah, its terrible the battle sisters getting a WD codex, reminds me of another army which had their codex in WD because their own printed codex was really outdated, the blood angels, and as we've seen they've disappeared to the side lines and had no new releases.

Oh no wait...

Come on guys why be so quick to hate it when you havn't even seen it. If this WD codex sees peoples interests in the SoB increase then GW will be straight there with a new codex and loads of new, expensive kits to complement the current range.

At least give it a chance before criticising it, its much more cost effective for GW to do this a measure the interest than spend a great deal of money on an army which may not succeed.

Never said I hated it, just want them to have their own proper Codex again.

i think the issue is more with a WD codex giving them an excuse to sideline them for longer rather than giving us a codex this year (or at least early next), no-ones hating just annoyed (as usual).
