| That is indeed some sexy scenery.
Question: reading the captions, why in Eris' Name does the Dark Elf need THREE SEPARATE COMPONENTS FOR HER HAIR ALONE?! Is the sculptor some kind of L'Oreal fetishist?

| OH MY GOD!!! (AGAIN!)
Why do GW keep doing this!
Yes, we all moan about price rises & then there's the bitching about Finecast, but then they do this & we'll all just buy it anyway!

| The wizards all look pretty cool, as does the Black Dragon.
I think the Cockatrice is interesting but I am not as enthusiastic about it as others appear to be.
The Chimera looks awful, as does the Manticore. That may be because I adore the BaneBeasts Chimera and perhaps it's not so bad on the tabletop.
The scenary looks fun, but I'm not sure how many gamers are going to buy into it. How many Fortified Manors or Wizard's Towers do we see?

| the buildings apparently give you bonuses to cast the spells , hence the 20 / 25 / 30 to cast, not to keen on the monsters but do like the look of the book. personally waiting for the forge world book, have an inkling there could a siege element to it as lots of the warmachine rules specify "to hit buildings"
anyone know if Ant has a release schedule?

| Haven't heard anything. Will ask him tonight & let you know. A seige list would be great! Haven't had a blood & guts seige game in years!!! Bring on the Cossacks! | |
