Hope things at the Giant's Lair are going well. Thought this might appeal to some of you, I'm helping to organise a Sci Fi and Fantasy Convention in Exeter on the 25th-26th February.

A small and informal convention, come along and meet the guests and join us for a big group meal on the Saturdy and a charity auction on the Sunday ( If you'd like to join us for the meal please message me so I can sort out seats).

Just a quick note to let you know that SAW gaming are working hard on opening a big gaming venue in Plymouth in the next 6-8 weeks (hopefully)

We aim for it to become the premiere venue for many different gaming systems in the SW and is called The Giant's Lair.

We look to provide catering and bar facilities, lots of space to come and play your favourite games, whatever they are. There will be big serious tournaments, smaller fun tournaments, weekend events, campaigns, blood bowl …

Soon we shall be leaving the caverns of the Westward Inn for our new home at the Giant's Lair. I think it would be great to remember some of the many great moments there have been at the club's old venue.

1) Dan Jolly running from room to room shouting in celebration at finally killing my treeman.
2) The Legendary battles on a Saturday afternoon with 20,000 pts on the table.
