You can post wherever you damn well want! But more than likely any post will fall within Tactics/Rules Queries/Questions and suggestions area. If it doesnt, just post wherever. It doesnt really matter, its simply a guide to help find the kind of posts you want to read and organize things a little. No-one is going to hurt you, kidnap your sister, then steal all your models for posting in the wrong section...
But i will say you are lucky for posting this in the questions area...
